We had a great week, with ideal weather conditions! The whole team really enjoyed Gullane 1 and Dunbar.

Royal Burgess is excellent, more traditional, but surprising in a very special way.

Kilspindie is simpler and more rustic, but very good to start the week.

Personally, I enjoyed North Berwick, more technical than Dunbar.

Our driver Ian was great with us, very good service, really high effort.

Next year, I think we’ll consider returning to Ireland, either the North West or the South.

“First of all: As expected, the trip went very well, especially given the somewhat difficult corona background. All the B&Bs and golf courses we booked were very well prepared.

The selection of places made by Golftravellers was just right for the first time in Scotland to get an overview (also regarding the weather).

All the B&Bs were very welcoming and well equipped. It should also be mentioned that Torrlinhe also has an excellent chef, we ate very, very well there twice (dinner).

The golf courses were just as well chosen in their selection to fit in between links and parkland courses in Scotland.

As an additional course, we played Traigh (9 holes) to the west of Fort William, a wonderful course with very nice people that we came across on the drive to Mallaigh.
