A very popular region for golf travellers, as it has some of the best links courses in England including three British Open hosts: Royal Birkdale, Royal Lytham & St Anne’s and Royal Liverpool. Adding Formby and Hillside, it is one of the strongest golf packages in the country. The golf clubs do limit visitors during the weekend, so we prefer a trip during the week.
